Jackson Eather (he/they)

Jackson trained in musical theatre at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. His recent performance credits span improv, puppetry, and theatre. He has been a troupe member of Impromptunes and previously performed with Improv Pit, No Script No Pants, and Time Lord.

​His puppetry work includes Erth’s Dinosaurs Japan National Tour, where he served as both puppeteer and tour manager, Coldplay’s The Weirdos, and Winnie the Pooh: The Musical, where he was Head of Puppets. Jackson’s theatre credits also include the sci-fi comedy Mina vs The Martians.

Beyond the stage, Jackson is an avid Marvel comic-book reader, particularly of X-Men (especially the female characters). He is a devoted plant parent, with an apartment overflowing with house plants, and a frequent player of Nintendo games.

Jackson says he is “honoured to be part of such a whimsical romp that defies genre and champions queer people. The chemistry that Amanda and Jenny bring to the roles of Bev and Myrt is so electric, and I can’t wait for audiences to fall in love with these women I get to call Mum and Mother.”
